- Meetings, workshops, etc.: LLC Board meeting and Advisory meeting, January ALA Midwinter conference

- Building: none

- Library Closures: Holidays

- Volunteers: Teen group, additional volunteers are helping cover books, shelve, straighten shelves, etc. 

- Lakeland, State and other library news:  "Home library" for KDL & GRPL patrons, possible 3 day delivery option 

- Patron comments/suggestions: continuing 

- Other:  Statistics, donations, grant applications, Emerging leaders program , ALA Boston, Library of Congress - update
