Director’s Report

- Programs: Stashbusters, garden club, Story Time, Kids Zooming class, e-waste recycling, felting, computer basics, energy renewal, knitting, clay garden markers, Upcoming: Have a Heart Save a Heart fund raiser

- Publicity: Facebook up to 696 -  library website, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, newsletter out for the Jan.-March newsletter, facebook advertising, in the Globe

- Meetings, workshops, etc.: LLC Board meeting and Advisory meeting, ALA Midwinter Conference Jan 30-Feb 3

- Building: Addition, book case renovation quote, security/fire detection system 

- Library Closures: 

- Volunteers: Teen group, additional volunteers are helping cover books, shelve, straighten shelves, etc. 

- Lakeland, State and other library news: 

- Patron comments/suggestions: book and dvd suggestions are being processed, programming suggestions, and makerspace kit suggestions, many compliments on new programs, excitement over makerspace kits

- Other:  Statistics, beginning to print Welcome guides, 4 year advocacy and outreach plan continues, disaster plan continuing, updates and addition to procedure manual, community analytic quote
