- Publicity: Facebook up to 824  -  library website, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr

- Meetings, workshops, etc.: LLC Board meeting and Advisory meeting,

- Building: none

- Library Closures: Holidays

- Volunteers: Teen group, additional volunteers are helping cover books, shelve, straighten shelves, etc. 

- Lakeland, State and other library news:  KDL's  migration complete

- Patron comments/suggestions: continuing 

- Other:  Statistics, donations, grant applications, Emerging leaders program , ALA Boston, Library of Congress , Breakfast with Santa (Nov.  28th), Holiday Hours, DVD repair machine
