IT Service RFP 2024
Vendors are required to submit written proposals that present the vendor’s qualifications and
understanding of the work to be performed. More importantly, the vendor’s proposal should
include a pricing schedule with a flat annual service fee encompassing the full Scope of Work
specified in this RFP and any additional fees for work outside the specified Scope. The vendor’s
proposal should be prepared simply and economically and should provide all the information it
considers pertinent to its qualifications for the specifications listed below. Emphasis should be
placed on ability to render the requested services and clarity of content.
The proposal must be received no later than 5pm on October 17th, attached as a PDF or DOCX
to an email delivered to dorrlibrary.mi@gmail.com, or delivered physically to the library at the
following address:

RFP. The Library reserves the right to amend this timeline as needed.
